Management, LLC (collectively, "Sypher," "we," "our," or "us"), are committed to protecting the

apply for coverage, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our insurance products and

receive web push notifications from us on your mobile device or personal computer but no
longer wish to receive them, you can manage your preferences through your device or browser
settings. If you have signed up to receive text messages from us and no longer wish to receive
such messages, reply STOP to any text message sent by Sypher. Message and data rates may
apply.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or policy-
related notices, which may still be sent as required by law or to service your account.
